Gio Pastori is a renowned milanese artist and is specialized in the art of collage.
With his scissors, he cuts irregular, surreal and unexpected forms in coloured paper, then reorganize them into patterns and illustrations.
Forbes named it as one of the 30 most influential artists under the age of 30 in 2017.
Pastori works on various media and has collaborated with magazines, musicians and fashion brands such as Moncler and Prada.
In its collaboration with Cinelli, Pastori used the original logo of Cinelli used between 1948 and 1979.
This logo was itself a mixture of heraldic symbols representing the Tuscan origins of the founder Cino Cinelli and the new milanese house.
Pastori turned this logo into one unpublished pattern, which he then applied to a cap and those socks.
