How to install the Qibbel Air child rear bicycle seat?

Worried about assembly? No need, it's easy and you don't even need any tools! You can easily attach the seat to the rear rack using the rotary knob. You can pull the latch on the back, placed at a safe distance so your child can't reach it, and remove the seat in an instant. The Qibbel Air seat belts, foot straps and footrests are extremely easy to adjust.

Do you want to install the Qibbel Air bike seat on the back of your bike? If so, check if your luggage rack is 11 to 17 centimeters wide and can support at least 27 kilos. The diameter of the tube should be 10 to 22 mm. For thin tubes (diameter 10 to 14mm), we have a special insert. This insert comes standard, so you can start using your rear seat straight away!

No luggage rack on your bike? No problem ! With the frame attachment available here: frame attachment for Qibbel Air seat, you attach the bike seat to a support above the rear wheel. This convenient solution means you can take your child with you anywhere! The frame clip can be mounted on circular and oval frames with a diameter of 28 to 40 millimeters. Sold separately .

When installing a rear bicycle seat with a MIK HD rack mount, it is crucial to ensure that the rack is a MIK HD ( Heavy Duty ) model. The MIK HD is a different system from the regular MIK. The MIK HD was specially developed to support heavier loads like a rear bicycle seat. MIK HD bicycle seats are therefore only compatible with MIK HD (Heavy Duty) luggage racks.
