The lamp holder for gallows cap Paul Components is an excellent way to mount a light or GPS in the center of the handlebar.
It is designed to replace the steering hood (Stem Cap) and comes with its mounting screw.
This support allows to remove a overloaded handlebar by bags or equipment.
