Discover GameChanger 2.0, the second generation of the iconic GameChanger aerodynamic helmet (here in classic version), manufactured in Italy in collaboration with professional athletes, where every detail is designed for sporting excellence.

Because each second counts, it is essential to minimize air resistance. This is where the wider rear of the helmet comes in, in addition to its aerodynamic shape. The Aero Blade improves the air flow thanks to a specially designed grid structure, adapting to the different speeds, lateral angles and inclinations of the helmet. Thus, the GameChanger 2.0 offers a solution adapted to each race situation.

Even in hot weather, you can keep your head cool thanks to the AirBoost air inlet and sophisticated ventilation system. For optimal comfort, you can easily adjust the helmet with our patented adjustment system. In addition, the ActiCage enhances the stability of the road helmet, and there is even a location for the impact sensor QUIN, offering an additional protection option.

In the MIPS version, the Air Node Rotation System reduces rotational forces in the event of a fall, thus providing better brain protection.

To go faster with the GameChanger 2.0, it was tested in wind tunnel and on the road by professional athletes.

Although the GameChanger 2.0 initially appears to be similar to its predecessor, there are significant improvements in ventilation. Three large openings were integrated just above the front under the name of the Eyebrow Vents system. This new ventilation system improves the air circulation in the helmet by almost 32% compared to the previous version, while providing convenient space for storing various types of glasses.

In addition, ABUS reviewed the internal channels of the GameChanger 2.0 and expanded the Airflow Star Design diffuser at the back of the helmet. This change was necessary to ensure adequate air flow in view of the increase in incoming air volume. Thanks to this 20% increase in air flow, the temperature control inside the helmet is greatly improved.

The GameChanger 2.0 is also more efficient in aerodynamics. Recent studies in cycling have highlighted the importance of this feature. To optimize the aerodynamic properties of GameChanger 2.0, ABUS engineers expanded the rear part of the helmet, increasing the length of the Kammtail wing by 11%.

In addition, the rear of the helmet was tilted by 8 degrees, which is expected to improve its performance when the cyclist takes an inclined position. Finally, a perforated plastic structure on the top of the helmet, called Aeroblade, was designed to optimize aerodynamics and ventilation according to the angle of the cyclist's head. These improvements are the result of extensive wind tunnel testing carried out in collaboration with the Movistar riders.
