Ortlieb handlebar bag - Choice of mounting

You wish to equip yourself with a handlebar bag or an Ortlieb handlebar basket, you must also choose (if you are not already equipped), a fixing which will allow you to fix your accessory.

There are 4 different Ortlieb handlebar mounts:

There are two formats, one standard and one for VAEs with central control screens. These two formats exist in a version with or without a lock. The lock will allow you to lock the bag on the support but also to prevent it from being opened .

3- Assembly

The Ortlieb handlebar mount is very easy to mount on your bike. It will be done via a system of sheathed cables that will not damage your handlebars. The system will be the same for the 4 types of fixing, it is explained in the image below, a manual is also downloadable on the product sheets and supplied with the object.
